Snow Leopard Damascus Chef

This Snow Leopard Damascus chef is one of my custom creations, and started out as a bag of 52100 bearing balls and some 1095 powdered steel with 4% nickel. Clad in a richlite handle with a modern 'wa' octagonal profile, it's quite comfortable and easy to index on the facets. At about 7.5" and razor thin, this knife is super nimble in the kitchen, fit for everything BUT the hardest veggies like sweet potatoes.
 
Best at: Being light and nimble
Worst at: Heavy work, this is a thin blade
