Explosion Mosaic Damascus Chef Knife

This Explosion Mosaic chef knife is a stunner, fit with an Ironwood handle and a Mexican Ebony (Katalox) bolster. The handle profile is very slender, but allows the user to index on the facets. At just about 7.5", this blade is quite nimble and easy to control.
