Explosion Mosaic Damascus Chef Knife

This Explosion Mosaic chef knife is a stunner, fit with an Ironwood handle and a Mexican Ebony (Katalox) bolster. The handle profile is quite slender, but allows the user to index on the facets. At just about 9.5", this blade can be a workhorse in the kitchen, and is a show piece for sure.
