When my books are open, you may purchase this item to reserve a custom Stainless Steel kitchen knife to be custom made!
 
**THIS IS ONLY THE DEPOSIT**, and it is refundable until we agree on what we're going to build. Think of it like you're reserving a spot in line, but if you decide not to go through with the build we will simply cancel this order and refund your money.
 
Custom Stainless knives typically run from $1000 to $1500 depending on options, and I reserve the right to decline to build what you request due to performance, design, or other concerns that I have about the requested blade. I will be very up front about this, and will work with you to build something you're going to love!
 
After purchasing, the next steps are for us to have a quick phone call to discuss what you'd like me to build, including the knife shape (chef, petty, etc), at which point I will be able to quote a final price. Once the final price is determined and agreed upon, we will also approximate a delivery timeline and all other salient details so I can get started on your build!
